About the Grant:
The Culvert AOP Program funds removal, repair, or modification of culverts/weirs to restore fish passage (anadromous) under IIJA. Eligible applicants include tribes, states, and local governments. Projects must improve connectivity to upstream habitat. LA County may be eligible if projects affect eligible fish habitat. Multi-year competitive program, consult FHWA NOFO for deadlines.
